Through the contact form, SMP collects the following personal data: name, email address, telephone number (optional), company (optional) and the user's message.

The collected data is used exclusively to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and manage communication with prospective customers.

Processing is based on the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and on the user's explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Personal data is retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, after which it is properly deleted.
